Plain-language information about how we handle the details families share with us.
What We Collect
When you apply, we collect the player's name, date of birth, gender, club, position and playing level; the parent or guardian's name, email, phone number and location; the number and names of family members travelling, their room preference; and any notes you choose to add. When you send a message, we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message. We do not collect passport numbers, medical information or documents at the application stage.
Why We Collect It
We use this information only to review the application, check the player's eligibility for the chosen Select Team, contact the family about the outcome and next steps, and answer questions you send us.
Who Sees It
Only authorised Sports Ventures staff can see application and message details. We do not sell or share this information for marketing. Deposits and payments are handled by WeTravel under their own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep application information for as long as needed to run the tour you applied for and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your Rights
Families in Canada (under PIPEDA) and in the European Union or UK (under the GDPR) can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold. Families elsewhere can make the same requests.
Requesting Deletion or a Copy
Email hi@jogaxp.com from the address used on the application and tell us what you would like us to do. We will confirm once your request has been completed.
